Inside Signia: Meet Our Customer Care Team

In this new series, we invite you inside Signia to learn more about the people who make our business run. For our first post, we’d like to introduce you to a couple members of our Customer Care team.

These friendly individuals are responsible for answering questions from our hearing care professional customers and helping them give the best care possible to their patients. The team also responds to calls from Signia hearing aid wearers, guiding them through any challenges so they can get the most out of their devices. Each member of the Customer Care team has a deep understanding of Signia’s products and services to ensure they provide accurate advice in a helpful manner.

Below are two of Signia’s Customer Care Representatives. The next time you call us at Signia, you might find yourself speaking with Kyle or Samina – or any other members of the Customer Care team eager to assist you.

Name: Kyle Erdmann

How long have you been with Signia?

1 year

What do you like best about working for Signia?

My favorite part is the people: my coworkers and the providers I speak with!

What has been your proudest moment?

My success with our transition to a new system and how I was able to help everyone out.

What made you choose a career in Customer Care or the hearing aid industry?

I love helping people, so anywhere I can do that is what makes me happy!

What do you like to do outside of work?

I love to play tabletop games, video games, play piano, and spend time with my close friends.

What’s a fun fact about yourself your colleagues might not know?

I am particularly competent at Tuvan Throat Singing.

 

Name: Samina Saqib Zayed

How long have you been with Signia?

6 years

What do you like best about working for Signia?

I really enjoy working with my team. It is an amazing feeling to change people’s lives and give them the ability to hear again. I also get support from my manager, and he makes it a comfortable place to work.

What has been your proudest moment?

Anytime we are able to help the patient and provider in any way is the proudest moment.

What made you choose a career in Customer Care or the hearing aid industry?

I really enjoy helping people and it seemed like a very rewarding industry. After being in this role I know now that it is very rewarding.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Play with my three girls.

What’s a fun fact about yourself your colleagues might not know?

I love watching WWE and most of my colleagues don’t believe it!
